What is your application fee?

There is a $40 application fee to apply for a unit.  We require a rental application to be completed by all adults (age 18 or older) who will occupy the unit.

Will you prorate the rent?

Yes, the rent will be prorated depending on the day you move in. If you move into the unit of the 10th of the month, ten days rent will be subtracted from your total move-in cost. You can move in as the unit is available and your application has been approved.

*Rent is always due on the first of the month. 

How are security deposits refunded?

Security deposits are refunded after the expiration of your term, provided you have fulfilled all of the terms and conditions of your occupancy agreement. Your security deposit will be forwarded to your new address within 14 days of vacating the apartment.

*RENT DEPOSITS MAY NOT BE APPLIED TO UNPAID RENT. PET DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

How much is the security deposit?

The Security deposit amount is the same as one month’s rent for a unit. The deposit must be paid at the time of move-in.

How soon can I move in?

Applications are processed within 24 hours. You can move in as soon as your application is approved.

What are your terms?

Units are rented weekly, with a 4 month minimum.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property.

How do I pay rent?

We accept rent payments in cash, cashier's check, money orders or a credit card. A 2.5% transaction fee is added to all credit card transactions.

Is the unit available the same as the one in the photos?

The unit available may be different than the one in the photos. All of the units have the same amenities and similar furnishings. The exact square footage may vary.
